1. Video Recording Requirement
To ensure transparency and protect both parties, we require customers to record a video while unboxing the product. This video should clearly show the condition of the package and the product inside. Without this video, refund requests cannot be processed.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be considered if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The video evidence clearly shows the damage or issue at the time of opening the package.
3. Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be made within 1–2 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refunds.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products (festival and wedding dresses), refunds are not available for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or preference.
